E-Cycle Washington Turns Five
E-Cycle Washington, the manufacturer-run and financed electronics product stewardship program, marked its fifth year in operation, recycling over 200 million pounds of TVs, computers, and monitors. In operation since January 2009, E-Cycle Washington commemorated its fifth year with this infographic (PDF) depiction of the 200 million pounds of electronics and 13 million pounds of lead that have been recycled, 330 collection sites statewide, and 125 jobs created.
